In the last three months, the challenge of seeing and experiencing things that were different … has made me appreciate more things that are familiar to me. I have learned the real meaning of ‘thank you’ and kindness. I have learned to be grateful for all that I have and have been given. I wanted you to know that I’m having the time of my life, and that I’ll always be grateful to ASSIST’s kindness and giving me this opportunity.
